Carol Harper is a published author, writer and Community Media/Concept Development consultant. She is the author of Through the Eye of A Needle (Tate Publishing), on the International Board of Directors of Plain Truth Ministries, and is a guest writer for The Plain Truth magazine. She is also the Editor of Amador Community News and PR/Media Committee Chair for the Jackson Business & Community Association, Director of the Amador Glee choir, Music Minister of Trinity Episcopal Church in Sutter Creek, and founder/coordinator of Local Musicians' Network Online (LMNO).

Carol has been a columnist for the Gold Country Times and a general assignment reporter for the Amador Ledger Dispatch. She was the Director of Public Relations for the Tennessee Marine Family, Stones River Marine Corps League Auxiliary, PR/Media Coordinator for the Nashville National Day of Prayer Task Force, and a Soprano I in The Nashville Choir.

She currently resides in Ione, in the Sierra foothills of California's gold country.
