Carol Harper is a published author, writer and community media consultant. She is the author of Through the Eye of A Needle (Tate Publishing), Editor of Amador Community News, Director of the Amador Glee choir, and Music Minister of Trinity Episcopal Church in Sutter Creek.

Carol has been a columnist for the Gold Country Times and a general assignment reporter for the Amador Ledger Dispatch. She has been the Director of Public Relations for the Tennessee Marine Family, the Stones River Marine Corps League Auxiliary, PR/Media Coordinator for the Nashville National Day of Prayer Task Force, and a Soprano I in
The Nashville Choir.

She currently resides in the Sierra foothills/Sacramento area  of California's gold country.
